1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the website, register for classes, or purchase artwork.

2. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Interfere with the website’s operation or security

• Use the website to transmit harmful or offensive content

Alexandria Gallery reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

3. Local Art Classes

• Classes, workshops, and events are limited to participants in Cleveland, Ohio.

• Registration requires accurate information. For minors, a parent or guardian must register.

• Payment is due at registration.

Liability Waiver

Participation in classes involves risk. All participants (or parents/guardians for minors) must agree to the Art Class Liability Waiver. By registering, you acknowledge and accept the waiver terms.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Classes are non-refundable unless canceled by the gallery.

• If the gallery cancels a class, full refunds or rescheduling will be offered.

4. Artwork Sales (Worldwide)

• Prices are in [Your Currency] and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payment is required at purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

• Artwork can be shipped worldwide. Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier. Alexandria Gallery is not responsible for customs delays or carrier issues.

Refunds & Returns

• Refunds are only issued if the artwork arrives damaged or materially different from the description.

• Buyers must notify the gallery within 7 days of delivery for damaged items.

• All other sales are final.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website, including images, text, videos, and artwork, is owned by Alexandria Gallery or its licensors.

• You may view and download content for personal use only.

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or selling content without permission is prohibited.

6. Privacy

Use of the website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

• Personal information is collected for class registration, artwork purchases, and communication.

• Data is stored securely and not shared except as required for payment, shipping, or legal obligations.

7. Liability & Limitation of Liability

• Participation in local classes is at your own risk. All participants agree to the Art Class Liability Waiver.

• The gallery is not liable for damages arising from website use, class participation, or artwork purchase/shipping, except as required by law.

• This includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alexandria Gallery, its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website, class participation, or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, USA.

• Local class participants agree to resolve disputes in Ohio courts.

• Worldwide artwork buyers also agree that disputes are governed by Ohio law and resolved in Ohio courts, unless prohibited by the buyer’s country.

10. Electronic Consent

• By submitting forms (for classes or artwork purchases), you electronically agree to the applicable liability waiver and these Terms.

• Typing your name in a signature field is legally recognized as your signature.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
