Thank you for shopping with Alexandria Gallery, Cleveland’s home for Naive Art. Each artwork and print we offer is handled with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely and in beautiful condition. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Original artworks may require additional handling time (up to 7–10 business days) to ensure proper packaging and documentation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Note: During gallery exhibitions or special events, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high-demand seasons. The PopUp Art Gallery is not responsible for delays once the package is in transit.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Weight and dimensions of the item

Chosen delivery speed
Some limited-edition artworks or fragile pieces may require custom shipping arrangements or additional insurance, which will be quoted and confirmed with you before the order is finalized.
4. Packaging & Handling
Every item is carefully packed using museum-grade materials to prevent damage in transit.
We do not reuse boxes for fine art shipments. Each shipment includes:

Corner protectors (for framed works)

Certificate of Authenticity (if applicable)
5. Shipping Insurance
All artwork shipments include standard insurance coverage up to the item’s full purchase value.
In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, please:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery if lost).

Provide photos of the package and damaged item (if applicable).

Keep all original packaging materials for inspection.
We’ll assist you with the carrier claim process. Replacements or refunds are not issued until the carrier confirms the claim.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
For special requests or international collectors, please contact us at ifalberg@yahoo.com for a custom quote and export options.
7. Local Pickup
Local customers may choose free in-person pickup at our Cleveland gallery by appointment.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email to schedule your pickup time.
Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation number.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers, or

Additional fees for redelivery or address changes once an order has shipped.
9. Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has shipped and tracking is provided, Alexandria Gallery is not liable for:

Carrier delays

Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
Customers should contact the carrier directly to open an investigation. We will assist where possible but cannot issue refunds for items confirmed as delivered.
10. Returns & Exchanges
Because most of our items are limited edition or one-of-a-kind artworks, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged due to shipping issues.
