By participating in art classes, workshops, or events at ThePopUp Art Gallery, you acknowledge and accept that participation may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the use of art materials, tools, equipment, and movement within the gallery space. You understand that these risks may result in personal injury, property damage, or other loss.

By submitting this form, you voluntarily agree to release, waive, and hold harmless ThePopUp Art Gallery, its owners, instructors, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence. You agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided. You also grant permission for photographs or artwork created during class to be used for promotional purposes. Your submission confirms your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
